The Tambora liveaboard offers a 12-day, 11-night diving trip itinerary exploring the stunning Misool and Kaimana regions. However, it is important to note that dive sites may be subject to change due to weather and other factors beyond our control. Our experienced crew will prioritize your safety and ensure an unforgettable diving experience.

 

DAY 1

Sorong - Misool Arriving not more than 12pm Check dive Cruising to Misool - South apporx 12 - 14 hours Once you arrive in Sorong, our team will ensure that you are settled in and ready for your check dive. From there, we will embark on a scenic cruise to the breathtaking Misool region, which will take approximately 12 to 14 hours. During this time, you can relax and soak in the stunning surroundings as we make our way to our first diving destination.  

DAY 2

We will explore the beautiful diving spots around Wagmab and Farondi, where you can enjoy three to four dives. These areas are known for their diverse marine life and vibrant coral reefs. Additionally, we will also visit the mesmerizing jellyfish lake and take a scenic cruise to Fiabacet and Boo, where you can witness more stunning underwater landscapes.

DAY 3

We will continue our diving adventure by exploring the breathtaking underwater world of Fiabacet and Boo, where you can experience two incredible dives. Afterward, we will embark on a scenic cruise to Pulau Pisang, which will take approximately 16 hours. This journey will allow you to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding islands as we make our way to our next destination.

DAY 4

We will arrive at Pulau Pisang and have the opportunity to do two more dives in its crystal-clear waters. These dives will offer a unique perspective of the marine life and coral reefs that thrive in this area. After our dives, we will continue our journey by cruising to Tanjung Papisoe, where we will be greeted by yet another picturesque location to explore. 

DAY 5

We will have the chance to visit the breathtaking Kiti Kiti Waterfall, which is renowned for its beauty and is a popular dive spot in the Tanjung Papisoe area. This visit will provide us with an unforgettable experience as we explore the stunning underwater scenery surrounding the waterfall. 

 

DAY 6

Our adventure continues as we embark on 3–4 dives around Aiduma in Triton Bay, where we will be able to witness the incredible diversity of marine life. Triton Bay is known for its vibrant coral reefs and abundance of marine species, making it a paradise for underwater enthusiasts. During our dives, we may encounter colorful tropical fish, majestic manta rays, and even the elusive whale shark. The crystal-clear waters and untouched beauty of Triton Bay will leave us in awe as we immerse ourselves in this underwater wonderland. 

DAY 7

We will have the incredible opportunity to encounter the majestic whale sharks in Triton Bay. These gentle giants are known for their immense size and grace, and swimming alongside them will be a truly awe-inspiring experience. Additionally, we will have the chance to learn more about these magnificent creatures from our knowledgeable guides, further enhancing our understanding and appreciation of marine life.

DAY 8

Triton Bay Whale Shark day will be a day filled with excitement and adventure as we embark on a snorkeling or diving expedition to witness these magnificent creatures up close. As we dive into the crystal-clear waters, we will be mesmerized by the sheer beauty and grace of the whale sharks, making memories that will last a lifetime. DAY 9

Tanjung Papisoe 2 dives will take us to explore the vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life of Tanjung Papisoe. With each dive, we will be surrounded by a kaleidoscope of colors and be in awe of the intricate ecosystems that exist beneath the surface. From colorful tropical fish to unique coral formations, this experience will deepen our understanding and appreciation of marine life even further. DAY 10

Daram 3 dives will allow us to discover the hidden treasures of Daram's underwater world. As we descend into the depths, we will encounter an abundance of marine species, including majestic manta rays and graceful sea turtles. The coral gardens in Daram are also a sight to behold, with their vibrant hues and intricate structures. This diving expedition in Daram will undoubtedly leave us with lasting memories and a profound appreciation for the wonders of the ocean.

DAY 11

Farondi - Balbulol 2 dives Cruising to Sorong , we will continue our diving adventure from Daram to the stunning sites of Farondi and Balbulol. These locations are known for their diverse marine life and breathtaking underwater landscapes. With two dives planned for the day, we can expect to encounter even more fascinating species and explore the vibrant coral reefs that these areas are famous for. After a day filled with underwater exploration, we will cruise towards Sorong, reflecting on the incredible experiences we've had during this unforgettable journey.

DAY 12

We will check out from Tambora liveaboard and bid farewell to the Farondi and Balbulol regions. As we depart, we will carry with us memories of the stunning marine biodiversity and awe-inspiring underwater scenery that we were fortunate enough to witness. Although our time in these locations may be coming to an end, the impact of this remarkable journey will stay with us forever.
